In my class: I give lessons based on my students' levels after diagnosing their levels.
I use different strategies based on learners' style (group work/pair work/ individuals/ extroverts / Introverts ..etc)
I use modern methods and strategies to meet my students' needs.
In my class, the lesson is passed smoothly, with enough details and explanations.
I try to be brief so that the learners don't get bored or confused
