Learning English is not only about vocabulary and grammar structures. Language is dynamic and fluid and requires flexibility and skill. However, learning boring phrases or uncommon vocabulary without any practical speaking or writing practice is not efficient. To really improve any language skill, you will need confidence, creativity and control of the language and that comes from having a patient (and fun) teacher, interesting materials or topics and a childlike wonder in developing a useful skill. I have been teaching and helping students for over 25 years and love to use games, activities and lots of encouragement to help any student succeed, not only in language ability, but in social and personal skills as well! Contact me to see how I can help you with your language plan!

English is a vital and popular language in today's society throughout the world. As a Native English Teacher who had many years of tutoring English throughout the island of Taiwan, I strongly believe that the best way to learn a new language is through passion and engagement. Which is why my teaching vibe does not come from a cram school or buxiban background but rather it comes from engaging and forming human connections with my learners in a way that can help them learn English better but also will make them WANT to learn English. I like forming English-learning games so that my students can have fun learning and get the most out of the courses through enjoyment of what they are learning. I desire to work with my students together not like teacher to student but as friends. For instance, I will read basic English books with my students and so it can be a project that we can both work on together in which my students will not feel they are alone.

Being able to communicate in English is extremely important in this day and age, my method of teaching will mostly involve conversing with students in Full English to understand their level as well as finding a way to improve their English speaking skills.
