After 10 years closing deals and negotiating with international clients, I know the language that really moves business forward. I’m now pivoting into professional teaching and studying for my TEFL certification, so you’ll get the best of both worlds: real‐world business insight plus my fresh, energetic coaching style.

I’m Lorry, Belgian and British, a Sales Consultant professional turned future TEFL‐certified teacher. Having coached colleagues, pitched to C‐level execs, and lived in multilingual Brussels, Belgium and Johannesburg, South Africa, for the last 20 years, I know the hurdles adult learners face—and how to leap over them fast and efficiently.

من أنا؟

Born in Belgium, grew up in Rwanda and Kenya, went to primary and secondary school in Belgium, and moved to Johannesburg, South Africa, when I was 20 years old. I went on to Monash University South Africa to get my bachelor degree in International Studies. I have been working in sales in Johannesburg for 8 years and in Brussels for 3 years. Today, I live and work in Brussels, and I’m on my path to become an English teacher, focused on language schools and business English. I have 3 nationalities, Belgian, British, and Rwandan. I have travelled quite a bit, and I have a passion for world cultures and communication. I am calm and patient, assertive to make sure progress is made, but always in a light and tranquil mood.
