I am 5th Dan Back belt in Taekwondo and have over 14 years of teaching experience . I am part of Team GB squad. Previously represented GB in World Taekwondo Poomsae championships 2018 & European Taekwondo Poomsae championships 2019.

I want to help young Kids and Adults to learn this beautiful sport. Taekwondo teaches great life skills and not just self defence. Taekwondo helps student to become disciplined, focused and also build positive winning mentality.
