I hold 1-1, and group sessions for children and adults in London.
Sessions are usually between 1-3 hours and can be talored for your unique goals!

I offer OUTDOOR and INDOOR training.

I believe in having fun whilst pushing my students to be the best versions of themselves. We will work hard together to acheive your personal fitness and health goals.

I have coached children and young adults fitness and basketball sessions for over 2 years. I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and love inspiring kids. I also intertwine this with general learning e.g. number games.

I also have experience coaching adults. These sessions focus on refining fundamental skills to take to the competitive environment. Developing a more advanced skill set would be the next step.

During an initial 30 minutes session we will form a plan and assess strongpoints, weakpoints and goals.

If the idea is just to have lots of fun through fitness that is perfect too!

During my sessions, I can combine various activites... ranging from running, skipping, basketball, games and any suggestions from yourself!

I have experience with all vary ages of children and I have a great knowledge of EYFS to the older children. I am a natural leader that is always positive. I have experience dealing with behaviour that challenge children and also SEN children. I am something that likes to motivate and help people gain happiness and positive path in their life’s and help them & guide with any behaviour or educational challenges. I always smiley and happy , I am a great role model for children to look up to. I have always wanted to be in a job that helps children achieve better in life and it makes me very happy to see achievement and progression from children.

Boxing is a sport that I have been practicing for 8 years. I am 18 years old and I have already gone to Thailand to fight. I have acquired a lot of experience and I want to share my passion. For this, I offer courses at all types of levels. I adapt to each one and I listen to their desires

Depending of the spaces (Webcam or on location) the class would differ.
My main aim is for people to have access to a system of learning through which they can absorb and understand a practice that they could then bring with them wherever and whenever they want.
My way of teaching involves for the moment 17 different chapter, involving improvisation tools (Movement), theatre exercises, stretching and fitness.
All the classes are customised according to the students needs and objectives.
