Are you willing to learn drawing or painting? Do you wish to improve what you already know? I graduated from an art school where I learned all the important classical techniques of drawing, painting and sculpture. I would like to pass on the knowledge I have acquired through my studies and practice and give those who so wish the opportunity to go on a journey into the world of art and improve their language and technique. The lessons are open to all levels. The techniques covered range from drawing with pencil, charcoal and pastel chalk to all painting styles (watercolor, oil, acrylic, tempera). You have the opportunity to experiment on different types of paper (with different weights and colors) and canvases. The topics change from lesson to lesson and can range from the human body to the landscape to the wildlife, depending on your preferences and desires. Particular attention is paid to the method so that the finished work is clean, pleasant and as expressive as possible.

conversation + Conversation + is a new conversation based format that combines grammar, syntax, understanding vocabulary and expressions as well as the practice of correct pronunciation and intonation with the reading of a text of your choosing. On the basis of a selected text the conversation evolves around the topics at hand; parallel to this, we discuss anything language-related that comes up. Any question, any problem can be addressed. In this way, linguistic issues can be explored in greater depth, based on your specific field(s) of interest. This fosters a stronger engagement, promotes enthusiasm, and openness that oftentimes fall short in a classic language course situation. Fields of interest include literature - we read a book, poem, short-story, etc philosophy - we read german philosophy in the original, or secondary work on the subject art - texts concerning art, theater, music etc. science - scientific articles, specialized literature about science politics - newspaper articles, essays, etc. contemporary culture - articles, esssays, etc.

Come and discover wool as a material for creative expression ! In this course you will learn how to use wool to create your own felt fabric. Using the wet and needle felting processes you will be able to create a variety of 2D to 3D artworks and crafts. Achieve illustrative/abstract images, as well as sculptures, objects, and accessories. Each course is guided by an idea focused on a specific material finish and it's method. * The program to get a complete introduction of felting consist in 4 lessons of 1 h 30 min each. Drawing is a natural skill for everyone; but if you are looking for a more artistic approach for this practice, you can count on me! During my classes you will learn techniques to upgrade your level of drawing to have a more naturalistic way of representation. I will teach you how to observe shapes and tones, to loose your hand, to improve the quality of your strokes, and I will focus in anatomical drawing by teaching you the easiest way to get the right proportions and being able to draw a person with or without a model. But you can also bring your own interests! We will use pencil, pen, and charcoal. I currently study a Master in New Media Design in Berlin, and I studied my bachelor in the most important school of arts in Mexico. I’ve been drawing professionally for 16 years, and have experience in art teaching for children and adults in several workshops, as well as working independently for painting and mural painting commissions.

Hi I'm Delfina, I'm a stained glass artist and would love to teach you how to create anything you can imagine with glass. I personally dedicate myself to working with glass and pressed flowers and leaves for beautiful frames and jewelry but we can also build terrariums, glass boxes or anything that sparks your imagination I have all the supplies at home so all you would need is an active mind and some creativity, if you then find that you enjoy creating with glass I can help you find the right tools so that you can make stained glass at home.

Illustration, traditional drawing and digital art course. This course focuses on the search for a personal language or the student's style, in which different techniques and styles, both traditional and digital, will be worked on to help the student find a language with which they feel comfortable and make it their own. All this through traditional techniques as well as digital ones, such as Photoshop, Zbrush, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, etc. Specifically, we have extensive experience in using Photoshop. In addition, advice can be provided on specific projects to be developed, graphic narration, conception of ideas and concepts about a project, development of characters, unification of style of a long project. The idea of this course is the search and focus of the student's personal language through references and the exploration of different techniques until reaching their own unique language.

I offer drawing, painting, and 3-dimensional sculpture courses and opportunities for students to explore the different mediums and create an impressive portfolio. I will prepare students to develop their interest in three-dimensional work. Students will be creating work with Cray and 3-dimensional materials. The course will begin withdrawing lessons, model building, and work in clay. Later students will experience mixed media sculptures with other materials. I’m a DJ and music production instructor with 15 years of experience, founder and instructor at DJ School Berlin. I also run my own label and organize events. My classes take place in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, and are fully focused on your needs and goals. I teach both fundamental concepts and creative techniques, while supporting you in the development of your artistic project I also compose music for media (trailers, films, ads, games, etc) and perform live focusing on sound exploration and experimental performance. How can I capture or portray this place artistically? The medium can be freely chosen; it can be a photograph or series, a painting, a drawing, a map, a film or something else. It can be a sketch for a larger project or a test system. Examples of artworks are shown as input, and there are collegial sessions where the participants discuss their designs and get feedback. I support the participants throughout the entire process. The course is structured in such a way that we alternate between exploring the site and working time in the studio.

Hello! I am an experienced artist and educator from the U.K. Educated at the prestigious Slade School of Fine Art, UCL, I have also studied at the Royal Drawing School. Completing their Drawing Intensive program. I worked for a company in London teaching art workshops and then independently here in Berlin. My skills focus on drawing, painting, and printmaking. I am also skilled in areas of art history and theory (with an emphasis on 20th and 21st century). I am able to help students develop exhibitions and portfolio preparation . Students with an interest in working more conceptually are also welcomed. I always help students to contextualise their work, i provide books as source material. I am also able to set reading for the class, where applicable. We can also work on ongoing projects, such as a children’s book. I am interested in technique but also in the individual idiosyncratic ways each individual makes work. Art should be therapeutic too and I always make sure to design classes at the appropriate level. Art has always been my focus in life and I can’t wait to share my skills and enthusiasm with you. My classes also offer children a good opportunity to communicate and improve in English.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 12 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the halos. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.
