Hi! I’m a KU Leuven student and a native speaker of English and Swedish, and I also teach Spanish (I lived in Spain for 11 years). I offer fun, structured language classes for primary kids (6+), teens, and adults — focused on building real confidence, not boring memorization.

Hi, I’m a KU Leuven student in European Studies and a language tutor based in Belgium. I’m a native speaker of English and Swedish, and I also teach Spanish (I lived in Spain for 11 years).
My classes are friendly, structured, and focused on real confidence — speaking naturally, understanding clearly, and actually enjoying the process. As the official Faculty Proofreader for the Institute of Philosophy at the KU Leuven, I have developed a deep understanding of the common struggles both professors and the wider student body face with respect to academic writing. Whether it be formal and linguistic errors or stylistic, structural, and argumentative issues, I gathered practical tools students can systematically employ to improve their academic writing—skills which coincide with the demands of a tutoring job. I’ve designed this course as the ultimate guide to academic writing, but that’s not it. Given my experience in debate clubs in Leuven, Brussels, and Munich, as well as in hosting highly successful discussion groups with students of all stripes, I can also teach you how to deliver fantastic presentations and get your point across in the most articulate manner. As a polyglot, I can give you examples in Arabic, Farsi, Urdu/Hindi, Punjabi, and German, so if you speak any of these languages, I’ll make sure you have an easier time learning English with me. With this course, I can teach a beginner how to speak English fluently but also creatively, I can teach an intermediate speaker how to take their language skills to the next level, and I can help an advanced English speaker sharpen their presentation skills and academic writing.

I am an engineer, graduated from the Free University of Brussels. My experience in the field of private lessons began during my university studies where I provided a few hours of help with success in a homework school. Realizing the passion I had for teaching, I subsequently began giving private lessons to high school students. Quickly, my diary filled up and the results followed. 100% of the students I followed succeeded. Thanks to my work, students who were “doomed” to fail succeeded in their year.
Today, I am an analyst engineer and project manager in a large company. However, I also provide private teaching in mathematics, physics, chemistry and English. I teach students from 1st secondary to 2nd University. I also help with the correction of end-of-study work, dissertations, essays, whether through critical and careful reading, correction of mistakes, reformulation, etc.
NB: I can exceptionally consider the request for lower level courses (primary), but only if my availability allows it.

What is my approach?

My approach is multifactorial. Success is complex. There is obviously the student's work, but there is also motivation, well-being, and the feeling of being understood and not judged. Firstly, I will reassure the student by making him understand that mathematics, physics, in short... school is not difficult. This deconstruction is crucial. This will be done in parallel with in-depth work on the material. The one and only goal: success.
