Associate Professor of English, German and Spanish, I offer a course in my favorite language. I will be happy to introduce Sweden to all who are interested and according to their own interests. I will adapt the level and skills to work at the request of the student. Swedish is my heart language and it is always a pleasure to share one of his passions. I could teach in 6 other languages but I do not have time because I am already a teacher in a school. I chose Swedish for fun ... because I know it may never be in the official school curriculum when it's so fun to learn. Välkommen!

As a native Swede with almost 10 years dedicated to teaching, I love helping people connect with Swedish life. Learning a new language can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate this journey alone. Whether you are preparing for life in Sweden or simply exploring the culture for fun, this class will guide you every step of the way. In this class, we won't just cover grammar; we will explore the cultural nuances, daily habits, and real-life conversations.

Hi! I’m a KU Leuven student and a native speaker of English and Swedish, and I also teach Spanish (I lived in Spain for 11 years). I offer fun, structured language classes for primary kids (6+), teens, and adults — focused on building real confidence, not boring memorization. What we do in class (depending on age/level): Speaking & confidence: conversation practice from day 1 Vocabulary & pronunciation: learn words you actually use + sound natural Grammar made simple: explained clearly and applied through speaking Reading & writing support: school help, essays, homework, exam prep Fun for kids: games, stories, role-plays, interactive activities Languages available: English (native) Swedish (native) Spanish (advanced, I lived in Spain 11 years and attended school there) Levels: Beginner to Advanced (kids/teens/adults) Format: Online or in-person (Leuven or Brussels) Scheduling: Flexible, short weekly sessions possible If you message me, tell me the student’s age, current level, and goal (school, speaking, exams, travel) I’ll provide a plan!

I have worked fulltime, for the past 15 years, as a language teacher and translator. I was born in Sweden, to Danish parents and live with an Englishman. I teach said three languages to both private and commercial clients, placing great emphasis on client needs and abilities. Cultural knowledge is also very important to the understanding of any language and is therefore included in all courses. The dreaded grammar is the fundamental building block to a language, but I try to make it as fun as possible.......as well as the homework and self-study.
