Despite my degree in law, I have always been passionate about European languages. I hold a C1 IELTS certificate in English, a B2 Goethe Zertifikat in German, a B1 TOEFL in French, and at home, I speak Spanish with my partner. I am currently also studying Dutch since I plan to stay in the Netherlands for a long time. 
I have previous experience as a private language tutor in German for middle school students, and I have also taught the basics of Italian to some international friends.
 My strength lies in grammar, which is always the foundation of any language. However, this doesn't exclude an element of fun. In this regard, my lessons are well-balanced.
 I live in Utrecht and am available for face-to-face lessons.

I have lived and worked in UK, China and now The Netherlands. In every state I gave foreign language classes to locals and my aim is to become professional language instructor. Diction is the art of making what we sing clear to our listeners. This online Italian Diction course offers a comprehensive introduction to the pronunciation, articulation, and expressive delivery of sung Italian, tailored specifically for singers, voice teachers, and choral directors. I am an Italian girl living in Paris offering: - Italian classes - Spanish (I lived in Mexico so I'm almost mother tongue and I have level C1) -English (also level C1) (oral, written, comprehension..) for any age. - I'm a professional Italian teacher from Italy, now living in Rome. I have 10 years teaching experience. I am very patient and I love to make a relaxed and friendly class environment. I have qualifications and experience teaching at different levels and in different contexts. I can help the student to improve the oral, written, and comprehension skills. Most important is that each course is based on the needs, interests and availability of the student. - The method is mainly what is called communicative, aimed at stimulating the student to speak immediately and put the focus on the functional aspect of the language. For beginners, I usually follow a specific program, I prepare a course and for each lesson I send students the files that I scan from the various books. Also the lessons can be essentially developed as conversations on specific subjects.

If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
