Advanced: At an advanced level it’s very important to understand the direction you want to take and what you especially want to improve. However I can help you perfectionate sound and timing, rhythm, vibrato, etc..., work on the accuracy of the reading and at the same time make it sound musical and human. On jazz music and/or improvisation, expand the vocabulary for improvising, the knowledge of harmony, what you can do with the material you know from different perspectives, increase precision and sense of direction when phrasing lines, learn more jazz standards, help on original compositions. Giorgos has continually shown in every class I've taken with him to have a very good rapport with students and great teaching competence, showing the ability to explain topics, questions and mistakes in a way that the student understands and learns from. He's supportive of the level of knowledge, goals and the different musical tastes of students, allowing the diversification of the topics and repertoire studied in class, thus creating an excellent learning environment. In short simply 10/10. Excellent professor! Definitely recommend him to those who want to learn or/and better their skills at the instrument.

Matteo is a fantastic teacher and bassist, he’s very friendly and patient and he explains musical concepts and techniques well in simple terms so it’s easy to follow along. He’s well prepared and clearly puts in a lot of time and effort to figure out the right exercises (engaging ones, not too boring, not too hard) and order of exercises to suit your specific needs. I feel very inspired to pick up my bass and start practicing after just one session. Highly recommended!

Henry held a great lesson for our 6 yo son. He made it fun and interesting and was able to quickly adapt the exercises depending on how our child responded. Also worth mentioning that Henry was able to overcome language barrier as our child speaks very little French or English. Our child was very happy and wants to come back for more
