My lessons always cater to each individual student’s needs, where I will create a tailored lesson plan around what my students are looking to achieve or follow the material that is provided to me. Whether you are a student simply looking to polish up and improve your speaking/listening skills with a Native speaker or you would like your child to focus on learning phonics, English grammar, Exam prep etc. My aim is to provide guidance and develop each of my student's English skills so that they may achieve their personal full potential. Whilst encouraging my students to feel more confident in using their English on a day to day basis. I am a patient, fun-loving and motivating teacher that firmly believes each student should always enjoy our lessons, learn at their own pace and get the most out of our lessons together. For my younger students (ages 3-5) I would suggest group class lessons of 2+ students, in which we would incorporate more games and activities so that the students can work together and help one another. Whereas, for my students (ages 6+) I would recommend 1-1 lessons as each student has their own learning progress, thus it is beneficial to have an individual program designed specifically for each individual student. My name is Hicham (Here the French spelling of my first name make it sound "HiTChem" in English speaking countries - which i find awful to hear :) so the exact spelling to pronounce it right should be Heesham). And this is the perfect example that Pronounciation is one of the most important matter in French learning; not only for you to be able to understand French words and learn them, but also and mostly to be able to be understood when you speak them. Just like it's hard to understand a new english speaker with a strong foreign accent Imagine: "Un ver vert va vers un verre vert". Which means that a green worm is going towards a green glass. This doesn't make any sense but it illustrates what we call Homonymes. The word homonyme comes from Latin, more specifically as "Homos" (similar) and "onoma" (name). And it get more complicated when Homophones have the same pronounciation but not the same meaning nor the same spelling. Or worst; "Homographes" which are written the same spelling but complete different meaning and pronounciation. And finally the most tricky ones are the perfect Homonymes like:" un TOUR de magie" and la TOUR d'un chateau. (Magic trick and Castle Tower)... But don't worry - You don't need to understand what the Oceans are made of to be able to swim. And this is here I come. I am born in France (born in 1978 in Orleans) - studied in France, Teach French in Morocco, UK, Spain and Italy for Communication Business purposes. I used to teach Sales in French to Non-native French speaker Callcenter Agents in the Philippines lately. Been teaching in English. Trusted teacher: For 22 years I have been teaching English to both children and adults. I love teaching in general, so whether or not you are a child, or adult, you will receive the same level of professional teaching from me no matter what your age might be. Before coming to China I was a High school English teacher. I also taught creative writing. Most foreigners living and working in China as English teachers do "not" have prior experience in teaching. Yes many do have university degrees, but those degrees are often not in English, and most have no experience teaching before coming to China. How can someone teach a subject when they do not know how to teach? I have a Masters Degrees in both English, and Education. This means that teaching is my profession. I was a certified public school teacher in America for 10 years before coming to China, and being a School teacher in America is very different than being a school teacher in China. Teaching is my chosen profession, and I do it because it brings me great joy. Most of the foreigners in China working as English teachers are "not" real teachers. Yes many have University degrees, but few have degrees in English, and fewer still are certified public school teachers with any prior experience in teaching. Before I begin teaching a student I will test them in over 30 different areas of English use. Once I know everything I need to know about their English skills, from their Grammar to their Vocabulary I will then identify, and focus only on where they need help. In this way I teach only what the student needs to learn. This way the student learns far more quickly than they would in a standardized classroom with a set curriculum. My classes are made for the student, and as each student is different each class I teach is also different. My teaching is all about the students individual needs. I also create most of my own materials, as the majority of materials you can buy are made for large classes, where every student is taught exactly the same way. Creating your own materials takes more time, but it is the best way to teach. As you are paying for the best service possible I feel it is my duty, and responsibility to give that to you.

Maxime is very passionate abt his teaching and he is very good with kids! He prepares a lot of different topics to be covered in class and uses multi-media, games and props for teaching, which is fun and engaging.There is instant bonding between him and my daughter :)
