Trusted teacher: Good day Personal Biography My name is John. Below is a personal biography of why I work in Education. I am a teacher because I want to try and make a difference in young people's lives be it at early childhood or adult education level. I want to share my love of learning, create relationships with my students, listen to my students, collaborate with them, adapt to their learning need, and most importantly show empathy and patience when needed. I also want to create an engaging classroom presence and put emphasis on the value of real-world learning. I am interested in international education as i have already worked internationally. I have seen most of Asia and other parts of the middle east. I have IB PYP experience and I want to expand my career in education internationally. I am a good listener. I develop rapports with my students. I motivate them as i am a very extroverted individual. I have 12 years teaching experience in three different continents. I have learned that students in different countries have different educational needs and desires, the culture in Dubai for example is completely different to the culture in China and also the curriculums are different. My main achievement as a teacher is my own growth as an instructor. Which to me is because of each and every student I've had the honor of instructing. continuing to strive in my educational strengths and focusing and improving my weaknesses. I want to move up the ladder in education. Gain more experience in the field of IB and other international school curricula. Maybe one day to become a principal or even to own my personal set of international schools. I am a well-travelled individual. I can bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. I can get children and young people out into the real world and provide them with challenging, exciting and different experiences to help them learn and use of places other than the school for teaching and learning. I am a sporty person and I also like to dance so I can enthrall the students and the parents with Irish culture. Thank you Kind regards John
