مادة تهتم بفهم الإنسان وسلوكه وعلاقاته داخل المجتمع، وتساعد الطلاب على تنمية التفكير النقدي وفهم أنفسهم والآخرين بشكل أفضل.

أولاً: علم النفس

يدرس العمليات العقلية مثل الإدراك والتفكير والتذكر والانفعال.

يساعد الطالب على فهم شخصيته والتعامل مع الضغوط والمشكلات الحياتية.

يعرض أسس الصحة النفسية وكيفية التكيف مع مواقف الحياة المختلفة.

تُعَدُّ مادة التفكير الناقد من المواد الحديثة التي تهدف إلى تنمية مهارات الطالب العقلية وتعويده على التفكير المنطقي والتحليل الموضوعي للمعلومات. يدرس الطالب من خلالها أسس التفكير السليم، وكيفية التمييز بين الحقائق والآراء، والتعرّف على المغالطات المنطقية، إضافةً إلى تنمية مهارات الحوار واحترام وجهات النظر المختلفة.

تركّز المادة على:

تعريف التفكير الناقد وأهميته في الحياة اليومية.

أسس التفكير المنطقي وأدواته.

تمييز الحجج والبراهين وفحصها.

كشف المغالطات الشائعة في النقاشات والإعلانات ووسائل الإعلام.

بناء موقف نقدي إيجابي يساعد الطالب على اتخاذ قرارات صائبة.

تنمية مهارات النقاش والحوار المبني على الأدلة والاحترام المتبادل.
