Hello! My name is Lasha. I am 26 years old Piano player and Teacher from Georgia. My craving for music was discovered quite early, at the age of five and thanks to my family members. My musical Taste was formed exactly with their help. The primary education gave me the communication and practical skills, taught me how to get in touch with public and also gained quite an experience in team work.
It’s been 20 years I’m playing piano and it’s already part of my everyday life. Music is a motivation, incentive, communication, energy , which gives me a strength to improve myself as a performer , teacher and a Musician.
I am positive , responsible person with good sense of humor and I hope also a good Musician:))
I have been teaching piano for almost 6 years and I have to be honest, the teaching process and sharing my experience with others is something I love.
I've had students from Europe, Asia, and the USA. Besides teaching piano, this process gives me an opportunity to communicate with new people, share experiences with each other and have a precious, joyful time together.
The teaching method is absolutely individual in every case, as there is no similar performance of one music work. The process is focused on the practical part, including listening to music and great pianists, improving our improvisational skills, being able to become individual performers, find out more about Music and just to have a joyful time

Composing music is very similar to writing novels. Of course there are "novels" and Novels...and the secret to create expressive, compelling, and successful ones is the ability to write with emotions, tension, and conflict.
With music is exactly the same, and in order to to so, musicians needs to have "at arm's distance" all the tools and knowledge that will allow them "to sculpture the air in the performance into something" (F. Zappa)
As a musician, have you ever wondered:
what if I replace this A min. chord with an E min. 7 ?
is it better to stay "Tonal" or go "Modal" on this measure?
what if I establish a stronger emotional response by changing this scale fragment into a Phrygian?
shall I drive more of a rhythmic feeling by leveraging quartal harmony?
what chords could I actually ask the guys from my band to add to this measures so that my solo would sound more interesting?
how can I phrase this better to that my songwriting drives a more melodic and fluid verse?

I believe thoughout music we can learn a lot: not only develop the musical ear and gain the necessary knowledge but also dive deeper into our inner self and emotions and possible ways to transmit it.

It is important to me to respond to the specific wishes of the student. That means that you can show me what you're musically at right now. For example, this can be a song that you are writing. I will look at your compositions with you and give you feedback and tips. I will also show you different approaches to composing that can give you new ideas or are helpful if the writing process gets stuck. We look for inspiration in examples from music and try to explain our theories. I am stylistically very open and have experience from string quartet to pop songs (with pre-production on Ableton, Garageband etc.) to big band (notation on Sibelius). I just love the music and am happy to share my knowledge.

I offer private lessons of classical piano, at home, at home, or even online, the one that suits you best :) I am Ariel, a Brazilian pianist living in France for the past 6 years, and in this time i have acquired significant experience as a music teacher, in music schools and with private lessons, also with children, young people and adults - and because of the confinement, I also have experience with lessons online. My method is mainly focused on the autonomy of the student and the joy of making beautiful music. Music theory lessons, for children (from 9 years old) and adults.

Passionate about music theory and music theory, I would be happy to share with you my enthusiasm for music theory, so unfairly devalued, due to the sometimes brutal methods with which it is taught.

In the program :
- reading notes (treble clefs, C clefs, F clefs)
- reading rhythms (quarter notes, eighth notes, double / triple / quadruple eighth notes, triplets and other dotted notes)
- dictation of notes (training your ear takes time, but when the exercises are "tailor-made" and progressive, you progress faster)
