I have had a wonderful 4-week italian intense course with Emma in fall 2025. My goal was to experience a 1:1 course in person and also being able to apply the learnt stuff directly when going out at night. Thus it was clear to me, to go onsite to Italy. Emma not only managed to keep the fun and interest level up during the weeks of the course, she also recommended places and things to do in Pisa. With her help I was also able to find a cozy and clean accomodation right next to the teaching-spot, in the very heart of this beautiful city. A perfect course package for me. Over all I cannot be happier with the experience made. I could noticeably improve my italian from beginner to intermediate level, found some new friends and contacts in Pisa and overall I now really feel a certain confidence of using and applying the language with natives. Kevin is a genius, who is capable of breaking down complex concepts into manageable, useful bits. If you think of a really large basket of vegetables and fruits. But then, you get a juicer or blender or 'Nutribullet', and juice all those vegetables and fruits into a refreshing smoothie. You can then drink that smoothie as quickly or slowly as you wish, and still get all the necessary nutrients... That's what Kevin can do - he juices all the complex intricacies of the German language into something you can understand and digest. His methods are unconventional, but very helpful in laying a proper foundation for a successful language learning journey. Very highly recommended.

Who truly knows how to tailor a programme to each individual student. In 3 weeks, I've grown from knowing close to no grammar to being able to form proper sentences for everyday use. One aspect I value a lot about her way of teaching is that we apply the grammar not only to every-day situations but also to topics that tailor to my personal life circumstances. I have been convinced that, with the help of Marina, I will be able to grow my Mandarin skills exponentially over the next few months.
