About Me
Hi everyone! I am Raveena and I come from India. Having roots in India has given me the opportunity to explore yoga, mediation and food from a very young age.

I have always enjoyed cooking and festivals have been my favorite time of the year as it called for exchange of a lot of recipes. I have been cooking for 4 years and my classes are shaped to cater to beginners as well as people who are simply curious about the cuisine.My efforts are to keep the classes easy to follow and ingredients local!

I am also a trained Yoga, Mediation and Breath Work Instructor and I love to teach all of these with equal passion! These clubbed with healthy food have helped me beat PCOS and feel agile and body-positive.
