I’m Dr. Nikita, and I come from the birthplace of yoga, India, now residing in Amsterdam.

My Indian upbringing with deep yogic tradition has granted me a holistic understanding into yoga that is rare to find outside India. My journey is also deeply rooted in my professional background as a social scientist where I've delved deep into the intricate layers of the human experience, exploring the connections between mind, body, and spirit. This unique fusion of knowledge allows me to offer you a personalized yoga experience that transcends the ordinary.

I blend various yoga styles, poses, and techniques to create a dynamic and engaging experience respecting the individuality of each student. This approach not only keeps the practice exciting but also allows students to explore different facets of yoga, from strength and flexibility to mindfulness and relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning to explore the wonders of this ancient practice, I'm here to craft a journey that's uniquely yours!

I bring a friendly and relaxed style to my yoga instruction, and my classes are known for their comforting and encouraging ambiance. I pay attention to details and offer physical guidance during sessions. My background in research and teaching allows me to make yoga inclusive for students of all skill levels.

My classes are aimed at delivering an immersive and holistic inner journey. Therefore, each yoga session is a distinctive blend of vinyasa, ashtanga, and yin styles, complemented by various meditation and breathwork techniques. This blend offers a well-rounded experience that encompasses physical challenge, flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation.
