As for English, I was raised in an international school environment where English was a core part of my education from childhood through high school. I earned my TOEFL certificate before beginning my current bachelor’s studies, which are entirely in English. I've also taught English with a focus on pronunciation, grammar, syntax, and practical communication skills. TUTORING SET-UP When tutoring, I place strong emphasis on tracking progress, often by assigning homework (if agreed upon) and creating clear, structured plans to help students stay on track. I’m always flexible and happy to adapt to each learner’s feedback and preferences to make lessons as enjoyable and engaging as possible. I offer lessons online or in person—either at my place or yours. I have been having lessons with Femke for a couple of months now and I am very pleased with my progress. Really impressed with my first lesson with Cornelia. I am picking piano up again after about 40 years and she really helped with simplifying many things that have always been a little challenging for me eg scales :) We discussed my objectives and direction and have made a plan for moving forwards.
