I have been giving chinese lessons for more than 10 years. Before that, I was a radio broadcaster and a journalist in China, hence I have a perfect pronunciation of the official mandarin, without any accent. It provides my students the best conditions to learn chinese, as the tone you give to words when you speak chinese as a foreigner is of great importance if you want to be understood by natives. I have a strong working experience helping students preparing their HSK exam, I also often teach diplomats, to help them acquire the necessary skills and understand properly the vocabulary specific to their job. I also love to work with kids, as I was a mandarin teacher for 2 years in an international school in Singapore. I give them a playful learning environment and use fun learning methods, so even the youngest can stay focused!

I was introduced to Chinese calligraphy from an early age through my family's long-standing tradition and cultural heritage. This foundation allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for Chinese calligraphy as both an art form and a reflection of Chinese culture, history, and philosophy. For the past eight years, I have been teaching Chinese calligraphy in Switzerland to students ranging from 4 years old to adults, from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. My classes focus not only on handwriting techniques but also on cultivating an understanding of the rich cultural traditions behind the art. This class is composed of two parts. 1. Chinese Mandarin. In this class, you will learn Chinese listening and speaking. Do not worry about your current level, because I will give you a tailored plan according to your own situation. A few lessons later, you will be able to use Chinese to learn courses taught in Chinese and communicate with others in life. Or if you are preparing for your Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK), I can help you with some targeted training, such as grammar mistake checking or writing. 2. Chinese traditional culture.
