Do you know Korean is the 14th most spoken first language in the world, followed by French as the 15th? Korean should be recognised as a world language. I am a current Korean teacher at Toowoomba Korean school with 7 years experience. I am very proud of my country South Korea, being happy to share Korean history and culture beside from teaching Korean. Recently I had a chance to make a presentation about South Korea to a local homeschooling group. I found that Korean and Korean culture must be promoted to more people.

Learning languages are always more fun when involving an interaction based on personal interests! That's why I could take a more conventional approach to teaching but I prefer an interactive engaging type of class. We can start with basic daily life based conversations to delving into more detailed and specific contexts, to a level where any types of topics can be covered. I would encourage students and myself to only converse in the language that is being taught. But I could still provide explanation and guidance in either Korean or English! Please message me for further info!◡̈

Hi! I’m a triplelingual Korean–Japanese–English instructor with years of experience in teaching, translation, and interpretation. My goal is simple: to help you speak Korean naturally and confidently, not just understand it. Every class is fully personalised to your needs: whether you’re preparing for travel, daily conversation, or professional use, you’ll learn to think and speak in Korean. What you’ll get: 1. Clear explanations in English (or Korean, if you prefer immersion) 2. Step-by-step grammar practice that connects to real sentences 3. Natural conversation exercises with feedback on tone and nuance I especially enjoy working with students who: 1. Are curious about Korean culture and everyday language 2. Want to sound more natural 3. Prefer patient, encouraging guidance rather than pressure Together, we’ll make Korean a language you can truly use — not just study. Let’s start where you are and grow from there!
