I’m Margherita, a true food enthusiast.
I’ve always been fascinated by everything related to food — from unusual ingredients and traditional recipes to exciting new flavour combinations. My first teachers were the women in my family, who showed me how to understand ingredients and approach them with both curiosity and respect.
Building on that foundation, I expanded my culinary experience by learning from talented chefs who helped me see cuisine from a deeper perspective and channel my creativity into new recipes.
I would love to share this knowledge and passion with you, guiding you step by step on your own culinary journey.
