I completed my 200-hour training at Sequence yoga academy in Tokyo in 2023 and became a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher.
I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years since I started my career as a vocalist to align my mind and body.
In 2018, I qualified as a Laughter Yoga teacher in Japan, but I can now teach regular yoga as well :)
