I have been practicing and learning from Yoga since 2017 and I want to share with you all the benefits that come with a yoga practice. You can choose what type of yoga you want to practice with me: Hatha Vinyasa to start or something more acrobatic like Dharma Yoga. Yoga helps you be more aware of your body and relax your mind. We are going to move our bodies to open ourselves and feel.

I am a professional football coach with a UEFA A and CONMEBOL PRO license, a Master's degree from INEFC, and over five years of experience in Spain, Chile, and Central Europe. I currently live in Barcelona, where I work in youth football training.

In my classes you will learn to:

- Improve your individual technique (control, passing, shooting, driving).
- Develop your tactical intelligence with exercises adapted to your age and level.
- Play in real-life situations and make better decisions on the field.
- Strengthen values such as trust, respect, and teamwork.

My classes are taught in Spanish, English, or German, allowing me to work with both local and international families in Barcelona.
