Intuitive singing requires letting go, a state of relaxation and acceptance in order to let out the spontaneous sound. It is letting oneself sing and seeing the vibration evolve in a vital dance. We therefore work on this state of relaxation, this trance, in order to be in a state of total reception of what is. In order to bring this breath back into matter and transform it into sound, we also work on anchoring, centering in the body and this connection of our universe to the outside universe. Working on vocal technique is then done naturally. Indeed, trance induces a state of reception to the Breath but also to change and development. In addition, the vibrations received come to inform the cells directly, entering into resonance with what is coming, healing the cellular memory at the source. As you have understood, intuitive singing is healing. Simply by intuitively singing what comes, the body enters into movement and ceases to resist what is.
