Physics is the way in which everything is explained from everyday activities to the complexity of the universe. However, one may need some help and practice to gain a deeper understanding or just to pass an upcoming examination be it to meet a requirement or for achieving good grades.

My name is Balazs and I am currently studying physics at the University of Groningen. Because I have always loved teaching I organized a system in which tutors and students could be paired up. Needless to say that I also participated in it as a tutor myself besides successfully preparing students for school-leaving exams and ordinary exams. That's why I am offering tutoring in physics for those who want to study more in-depth or find physics hard to pass.

Few words about my self:
The way complexity arises from simple laws in nature has always fascinated me. Physics gives me a framework to understand how everything is built up from the smallest viruses to the largest black holes.
Serving my school’s community as a member of the student council for three years taught me how to cooperate with others and how to be a responsible leader of a small group when it comes to organising a social event. For instance, I introduced a system to easily match up students who want to study a certain subject with a tutor in my school. I volunteered in this program as a tutor myself as well, which helped me to develop my explanation skills in science.

Why do I want to help you?
Mainly because I want to share the love I have for math and physics with the younger generations. I strongly believe that the knowledge and practice my student would gain during our tutorials would give not only them a better grade, but develop critical thinking skills and logic in general as well.

As a second year medical student, I have an abundance of experience with learning mathematics and sciences. I took all three sciences and maths in my IBDP Diploma. Now, I am continuing to extensively develop my science and maths knowledge in my medicine course.

Maths and sciences are very interesting and important subjects, but can be quite challenging to learn independently. My tutoring is focussed on providing clear, structured, organised and engaging lessons to help with any confusion. I tailor my lessons to the students needs and encourage them to be active in their own learning through means of practice questions. I am someone who is kind, attentive, motivated and hard-working and these attributes come across in my tutoring sessions.

As a recent IB graduate with a score of 44/45 (All 7's in the Sciences and Maths), I know how to master the content of the IB diploma in a smart way. Since the IB diploma covers a very universal curriculum and my knowledge of sciences/maths is solid, I can also help in tutoring of other systems.
