Hello! I’m Pinelopi, a vocalist and guitarist from Greece. My journey in music began in childhood, the last eight years I'm performing professionally, touring the Greek Islands and gracing stages across Europe, including Berlin, London, Sofia, Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Groningen, and Athens.

Music is a vital part in my life, it is joy, emotional expression and a way to connect!
My musical journey has led me to the Netherlands, to grow as an artist and expand my music network.

What to Expect in Our Singing Lessons:

We'll focus on posture and breathing technique. We'll built repertoire - play together and improvise.
I'll give you tricks to find your self on stage and never ever forget lyrics.

Lesson Structure:

Each session is tailored to your experience and goals, and we can explore topics such as:

-Warm-up exercises
-Breathing and posture techniques
-Full-body awakening exercises
-Tips for playing in a band setting
-Leadership and on-the-spot arrangements for jam sessions
-Ear training and pitch correction
-Vocal improvisation and scat syllables
-Techniques for singing with a microphone (control, dynamics)

I'm a professional singer teacher from Argentina, with over 12 years of teaching experience. Graduated at the University of Music of Buenos Aires.
I worked giving singing lessons in cultural centers, schools of music and also in my own studio. At the same time during my career I had many musical projects of different styles like rock, pop, jazz, tango and brasilero. I also worked seven years as a singer in a state orchestra of popular music of Buenos Aires where we performed around the country of Argentina and we give music workshops as well.
Knowing your own voice, seeing your potential, setting goals, working and achieving them generates a feeling of freedom and absolute happiness.
That is why I invite all the people who want to discover this incredible instrument that we carry with us, and those who already sing to continue training and surpassing goals.
The course lasts one hour, where we practice vocal technique and work on a repertoire of songs looking for the best, natural and confortable way of interpretation.

Hello there, ever since I was a teenager I have always admired musicians in small and gigantic stages alike, and have wondered how such marvelous magic could possibly be created from their fingertips. If you are reading this, then maybe you feel the same way towards the piano as I do!

I can offer myself to explore with you, with my experiences coming from jazz piano playing, how it works on the piano: basic playing skills, chords and how to voice them, playing solo lines, harmonic knowledge to write your own song, learning to read a lead sheet with only melody and chords, and so many more.

Here are some of the goals that you and I can work together to make it happen:

1) Learn to play your favorite tunes on piano or electric piano
2) Learn to accompany yourself while you are singing
3) Learn to play in a band setting
4) Learn to write and play your own songs
5) Learn the keyboard skills for your home production gears (i.e. MIDI keyboard controllers)
6) Learn to improvise on the piano

Now, a little bit about myself; the moment I decided that I should try for music came much later compared to my colleagues. I started very late, and thus had to come up with methods of teaching myself fast and efficiently. And I believe that my own experiences coming from the struggles I've had could be of help to you, to understand the task at the hand better and to come up with plans on how to handle them.

Still, at the end of the day, progress by itself would be not our ultimate goal; it would be to have fun sitting in front of the piano!

Hello fellow musician!
Have you ever dreamed of becoming a saxophone player?
Wheter you are trying to become a jazz improviser, or you have just started familiarizing with the instrument, I can teach you how to:

- be able to produce a beutiful sound;
- use music theory as a practical way to play correctly over changes;
- maximize the outcome of your practice-time;
- master the technique on your horn.

As a student, I often found myself struggling with resolving a particular set of problems. I was constantly confronted with higher-levelled players, wondering whether I would ever become able to express myself as they did through their music. Having been studying jazz for many years, I experimented with a lot of different learning methods, only to find out that music improvisation is something that is mainly acquired in very personal, differentiated ways. One of the most interesting things I experienced as an educator, when encountering students who shared my own past insecurities, doubts, questions, and struggles, was getting to understand a part of the person in front of me; and to find new ways to help grasp and internalize a theoretical or technical concept that could then enable them to formulate a more coherent musical idea. Even if every student is a unique individual, thus responding to different educational methods, I think that, over time, I was able to identify a red line around which I could create a method that can be beneficial to the majority of aspirational players.

For the past few years, I have been giving private instrument lessons to jazz players with varied backgrounds and experience.
My educative career consists of a traditional classical, MA in classical saxophone (Conservatorio G. B. Martini, Bologna), a BA in jazz saxophone (ibid.), and a BA in jazz saxophone called New York Jazz Bachelor at the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen, where I am now attending a Jazz Master program.

Hello there!!
Here is Giordano, an Italian trombone player here in town for the classical master at the Prince Clause Conservatory.
I started playing music when I was 6 and from that moment it has become my second voice. When I was 10 I got in touch with the trombone and from that moment I found the way my musical voice should sound.
After high school, I decided to continue in the music world and to make it my job. I did the Bachelor in the Conservatory "Arrigo Pedrollo" in Vicenza and the master in Castelfranco Veneto in the Conservatory "A. Steffani".
Now I am here in Groningen for a master's where I focused my attention on contemporary music.

Singing is one of the purest ways of expressing oneself. It is one of the oldest forms of music making and nowadays there are many different styles to explore too. I recently graduated from a Master in Classical Singing and teach people of all levels to become better singers. I have 5 years of teaching experience and have given lessons to all different levels. I truly believe that anyone can sing, if they learn how to! Singing is also known to have a great effect on well-being and health, with its focus on breathing and body. In general I teach classical singing but also have experience teaching musical theatre too. Hello! I’m Roser, a flutist and piccolist currently living in Groningen. I graduated from my bachelor on 2023 in Conservatori Superior de Música “Mestre Tàrrega” in Castelló, Spain. In 2023 I moved to Groningen to start my master studies at Prince Claus Conservatorium. During my bachelor in Spain I worked as a flute and music theory teacher in three elementary music schools and I have complemented my experience with courses in pedagogical strategies.

The lessons will be fully adapted to each student and their musical interests or goals. For me it is very important that you can learn all the technical aspects of the flute but also that you can enjoy and express yourself playing the music you like the most.

As I have taught students who not only do music as a hobby, but also students with serious career plans in music, I am open to various styles of playing guitar (jazz, blues, fingerstyle, and other popular genres) to all levels.

My approach is heavily focused on individual student's goals and needs: If you are just starting to play the instrument, for instance, we will focus on learning the basic technique through simple and easy songs. I
f you are intermediate or advanced player already, we will focus on refining your already existing knowledge and find improvements to work on. Or, we can focus on specific themes, for instance improvisation, transcribing, and so on.

I also enjoy music theory very much and as I too struggled with grasping the concept when I was younger I am now more than happy to be able to present the world of music theory to anyone who is interested.
