I find piano lessons very important because they stimulate our brains and develop our coordination. Playing the piano is also challenging, as you have to pay attention to many things and have a lot of patience. For me, teaching is a collaboration in which student and teacher achieve a common goal. With motivation, patience, and an individualized approach, I want to accompany my students on their musical journey.
Extra information
Students should prepare for the lesson: acoustic piano, keyboard, electric piano.

About Me
Welcome!
My name is Vera, I am a trained pianist with extensive teaching experience.
I am currently completing my bachelor’s degree in instrumental studies – organ.

Music has been with me since childhood, and playing the piano is not just a profession for me, but also a great passion.
As a teacher, I place particular emphasis on correct technique and a beautiful sound, as well as a repertoire that brings joy to the students.
It gives me great joy to help others find their own path in music.
Education
At the age of five, she received her first piano lessons and attended Children's Music School No. 8 in Minsk before studying piano with Alexander Borovikov at the Belarus Music School. From 2021, she devoted herself intensively to the organ and continued her studies under Kallinika Medvedeva at the College of Music Belarus. Since 2024, she has been furthering her organ studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz with Professor Ulrich Walther.

Vera has performed numerous concerts as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles. Her performances at the Ars Magna Organi Festival in Pinsk and Graz, as well as her solo recitals in various churches in Minsk and Zhodino, are particularly noteworthy. Since 2024, she has held substitute organ positions in several churches in Graz, including the Parish Church of St. Anna and the Catholic Church of Graz-St. Christoph.

As a prizewinner at international competitions, Vera has been recognized for her outstanding achievements in organ music, including at competitions in Russia. These successes underscore her technical proficiency and musical expressiveness.

Vera also receives a scholarship from the city of Graz due to her outstanding academic performance.

With her solid training and dedication, Vera enriches the organ scene and brings her passion for music to each of her concerts.

While studying at the College of Music in Belarus, I also gained a lot of experience in piano teaching and music theory.

Gustavo
Professor with a Higher Diploma in Piano from the Liceu Conservatory of Music in Barcelona and specializing in Spanish music from the Frank Marshall Academy (founded by Enrique Granados).

My curriculum is comprehensive and progressive. My teaching method focuses primarily on good sight-reading, combined with refined piano technique.

I also address learning difficulties such as postural problems, tension, and faulty touch.

My piano technique is based on the Enrique Granados school and his specific touch-based method, emphasizing sound and proper pedal use.

We will work on three basic sections: technique exercises, studies, and works from all styles (Baroque, Classical, Romantic, etc.).

We will also cover music theory (theory + daily exercises from the ABSRM method), solfège, choral singing, written ear training, score analysis, and concert listening exercises.

In addition to my in-person lessons, my online classes feature high-quality audio and video specifically designed for musicians: via the Zoom video call app (with settings that typically offer better sound for piano), and using OBS production software so you can clearly see the keyboard and hands from different angles.
Sound is captured with Behringer stereo microphones (piano) and a separate microphone for vocals, and multiple screens are used to combine sheet music, explanation, and real-time demonstration.

The goal is to make the online lesson as close as possible to an in-person class.

I have 30 years of experience as a teacher. Lessons are personalized to each student's needs, for all levels and ages (children and adults).
