I have been training in martial arts since I was 13, which has given me over 11 years of experience in self-defense. My journey started with Wing Chun, Kung Fu, Karate, and a bit of boxing before I discovered Krav Maga in 2019. Over the course of five years, I dedicated myself to intensive training, earning my instructor certification and refining my skills in real-world self-defense and combat tactics.
Beyond martial arts, I am also a licensed private investigator and trained aggression coach, which gives me a unique perspective on personal safety, risk assessment, and conflict management.
My philosophy is simple: "It is better to have one solution for five problems than five solutions for one problem." I focus on practical, instinctive techniques that work under pressure, while also emphasizing mental resilience, situational awareness, and de-escalation strategies.
