My focus is to give you a solid foundation and teach you proper techniques. In our class, we will emphasize the mind-body connection and encourage regular practice for maximum improvements in your physical, mental, and emotional health. We will base our practice of Tai Chi Chuan on the traditional structure starting with the stances studies, breathing through Qi gong practices, and the movement through the deep study of the Tai chi form #24.
