With my ten years of teaching experience and active concert practice, I would like to help you further with your piano skills. This can be done as regular lessons, but also as audition training or concert preparation. I can also help you with improvisation and music theory. Topics that are regularly discussed in the lesson are technique, musicality, interpretation, ear training, improvisation and building a healthy study routine. We will work on how you can best express your musical conception on the piano and which tools you can use to do so. I teach piano in my piano studio in Amsterdam Noord at the NDSM-Werf on a beautiful Yamaha grand piano. Every student is different, so the lessons are tailor-made for you. Together we will look at how you can get the most enjoyment out of playing the piano and work towards your goals together! I also welcome students who are working towards an audition for a young talent class or preparatory course. Through opportunities for playing and motivating piano exams, we work towards your goals. I did two master's degrees at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and at Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona. Besides teaching, I regularly give concerts and organize other musical projects.
