I will teach you how to make some popular and delicious Australian meals and desserts, that you can take home and enjoy with your family. Not only will you learn how to cook some delicious foods, but I'll also teach you English at the same time. If your English level is low, I can communicate with you in basic Japanese. Children from ages 7 and up can also learn to cook basic recipes and have fun while cooking. Learn to cook: Soups, salads, pasta dishes, main meals, desserts, sweets, breads and more. All lessons will include an English lesson, but the length of the English lesson will depend on the recipe chosen for that lesson. No matter the level of your cooking or English skills, let's cook delicious food together. Christmas Themed Classes for December: 60 min class: Let's make Gingerbread People and decorate them. In this class you will make gingerbread people, bake them, and after they have cooled, decorate them with icing and edible accessories. This class is suitable for all ages and cooking abilities. Class duration is 2 hours and includes an English lesson of at least 15 to 30 minutes. 90 min class: Let's make Christmas Fruit Mince Pies. You will make sweet short crust pastry and the fruit mince filling and bake them. This class is suitable for ages 13 and older, and for those with some cooking skills, such as being able to use a cooktop. Class duration is 3 hours and includes an English lesson of at least 30 minutes. 120 min class: Let's make a Traditional Christmas cake. You will make a 21cm round traditional Christmas cake. After it has baked and cooled, you will decorate it with fondant icing. Class during is at least 4 hours and includes an English lesson of at least 60 minutes. Note: 60 min class is actually around 2 hours duration and is a simple recipe with basic ingredients. English lesson is around 15 to 30 minutes. 90 min class is actually around 3 hours duration and is slightly more difficult with more ingredients. English lesson is at least 30 minutes. 120 min class is actually around 4 hours duration and is more difficult with many ingredients and/or more complex procedures. English lesson is around 45 to 60 minutes.
