As a new student in a different country with a completely unfamiliar education system, I found myself a month behind in the term and struggling in both Chemistry and Math. Cheslava did not waste a moment of time and found her rhythm with my son very quickly. There was an amazing sense of grace and patience in her tone, yet there was a firm bit of direction that moved the lesson in a clear direction. As a particular detail, I very much appreciated the moments that she asked my son about his experience throughout, and encouraged him to describe every degree of his challenges which I believe teaches him to go beyond the impact of his feelings but to technically observe weaknesses to improve them. It was a sincere honor and privilege to receive her lesson and we will certainly be looking forward to being taught by her again. 👑

Natalia has been a wonderful tutor over the past year : she has been a great help in gaining confidence in conversation as well as grammar work, which underpins it all. It is often easier, when learning, to 'hide behind the grammar' however the drawing out and use of it in conversation has been done gently and with great understanding, assistance and humour. Not forgetting patience. And I never feel I'm being chided when I hear the words "..in italian now" - sometimes you just need a push. As a tutor, Natalia is very flexible (a great help when you work), supportive and always full of encouragement. I look forward to continuing my lessons !
