Trusted teacher: ➤ Being a good manager is also being a good communicator. After all, a strategy can only be put into practice if you show yourself capable of interacting with your employees, of being a source of inspiration for them and of listening to their concerns. Unfortunately, not all managers naturally excel in this role and their difficulties in asserting themselves as true leaders is often attributable to their difficulties in communicating. ➤ The objective would then be to explore together the areas of improvement in terms of communication know-how. And managing effectively requires specific and advanced know-how. ➤ In fact, managerial communication corresponds to the interactions between the management of the company and the organization and more specifically, between the manager and his team. This executive is in charge of transmitting information and directives from higher hierarchical levels, supporting internal communication, distilling messages related to his own management to obtain the commitment of his team, all while transmitting a message effectively. ➤ This exercise can therefore be tricky: this is why it is important to choose the right mediator in order to be well supported, not only to be understood by those around him, but also to carry out his mission. ➤ What to communicate? When ? Whose ? These questions will find an answer in the consistency of the actions undertaken. Good managerial communication will thus aim to exchange / dialogue effectively with its employees, maintain a close link between the different layers of the company, bring human relations back to the heart of the company, establish a climate of trust and good team cohesion, motivate by inspiring. ➤ In short, each session combines techniques & practice exercises adapted to your everyday situations (filmed with your agreement in order to be reviewed, commented on, decoded together live), so that you can put them into practice immediately, and this from the 1st session. Statistically, the progression following these private sessions is quickly noticeable, from 2 or 3 sessions *. (* study 2020). ➤ THE TRAINER: Trained in Grande Ecole post-preparatory classes & Ivy League university in the United States, our teacher has specialized and has been working for more than 15 years, in Europe and North America, in the field of communication , in reputable international public and private establishments, intervening in forums and conferences, and oriented on two axes: training and coaching, with pedagogy and careful methodology as key words. ➤ PLACE, TIMETABLE, PRICES - Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Friborg-Zurich-Neuchâtel-Lugano-Montreux-Bâle-Neuchâtel-Berne-Lucerne-Bruxelles-Luxembourg-Paris-Lyon. Trusted teacher: As a language, Arabic may seem scary, whether you hear two people speaking it with a bit of an aggressive tone, or see the terrifying Alphabet being used and written in a different direction! However! Fear not! I can assure you, i felt the same way about Dutch, and was terrified to try and articulate the words and their meanings. However, after a year of going through a successful active learning course (which our classes will follow a similiar method to), and enough practice, i could confidently say i can hold my grounds, with the fear of the Dutch language being at bay ! In my 2 years of teaching experience, without the "over-use" of "English or other" languages and starting right from the beginning with Arabic, some students and friends of mine were able to speak Arabic with me, in addition to writing full essays, and even understood the general grammatical structure of the language, all of which took no more than a couple of months. However, it is necessary to keep in mind that Arabic is the second toughest language to learn after Chinese "Mandrin", meaning that expectations should be kept realistic, with time and practice being key.A year should suffice someone to be able to claim that they are at a "A1-B2" LEVEL, which is almost in the intermediate Zone. For our classes, THREE TYPES or METHODS could be chosen from: 1- The active learning extensive Method 2- The "school" Method 3- The "specific university subject tutoring" Method. 1- For the first and second methods, i will usually devise a specialized text book (Word/PDF, no need to hurt trees and print...) which will include all that we need throughout the course from necessary readings, literature, and grammar of the language. this book will be modified accordingly to the purpose of learning the language that you could clarify to me beforehand (whether academic in a specific field of science, or any other purposes...) 2- However, if your goal is purely conversation, and does not include learning proper Arabic (Fusha), the method of teaching differs a little. Here only the "school method" applies. Let me elaborate: In schools, we are taught to read and write "MUM, DAD" before we learn our ABCs, Thus "conversation" will be the main focus, accompanied by brief and on the surface piecing of the principles of the grammar, punctuation, and other related aspects whenever a new one is at hand. 3-Finally, if you are studying any of the Arts or Majors in University, and you need specific help concerning Arabic Subjects (Ba. Master. PHD levels), specific short classes, through the third method, will be offered, and through which we can: answer all your question, explain anything that you are having trouble with, and specific help that could also be offered according to your needs.

*** Those who make and correct many ERRORS in a short period of time learn the most! LEARNING works best WITHOUT PRESSURE, with JOY and CLEAR GOALS! *** I have already learned many foreign languages myself, at school, at university, in language tandem, and while traveling. So I know what distinguishes good learning from bad. Learning languages can be very easy, it can be fun, and it can open up completely new perspectives. The three most important ingredients are: SPEAK, SPEAK, SPEAK. Without fear of making mistakes. Because mistakes are what bring us further! It doesn't work without them. In my German course you can expect: * A competent, motivated, patient, and humorous teacher with experience * An INDIVIDUAL LEARNING GOAL PLAN that is tailored to your knowledge, interests and goals * An INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHOD that focuses on dialogue and confident communication skills * Many more exercises in listening comprehension, writing, and grammar, which thanks to the ABUNDANCE AND DIVERSITY of the exercise material (audios, videos, articles, cartoons and much more) never get boring * Training of your CREATIVITY in speaking and writing, in discussions and writing texts * Development of relevant KNOWLEDGE from German history, culture, literature and politics You can start at any time, at any level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced). Feel free to write me a message and we will arrange a first meeting to get to know each other and to discuss the details. I look forward to you and the lessons together!

Acine
I booked my first Arabic initiation with Acine and I absolutely loved it. Acine was very accommodating with our first class. I had a last-minute delay, which resulted in starting the class later than scheduled. He reassured me that it was not an issue and he still managed to maintain the class. My learning experience was also great, he is truthfully the best private teacher I've had. He teaches efficiently, we viewed many subjects for a first class and it was also a fun moment. To sum up, Acine is not the regular teacher you would have at school, he is a great teacher who puts an emphasis on sharing a good moment with his student.

Suzi
Having dropped every single English course that I tried after just a few classes, it was a great discovery to get Suzy an English teacher; she adapts her teaching style to your specific needs, includes a lot of fun and interaction which takes the 'stress' from learning, and motivates you at each step. For the first time I did not drop out after just a few hours of class.
