I noticed that the learner is more easily interested in the discipline for which he must work from the moment when the teacher is interested in him, sincerely. From the moment the individual is taken into account as a person in the same way as the teacher: they are on the same equal footing. The teacher-trainer therefore becomes a companion who guides and directs, the difference lies here and this is what will allow acceptance of learning, better assimilation and sustainability in the motivation of the learner. He will not be frustrated or turned on by the teacher who plans to teach him new knowledge. On the contrary, he will come with pleasure because he knows that he will be considered as a being in his own right, with his qualities and his faults, without being judged.
