Each session is personalized: striking technique, footwork, defense, combinations, heavy bag work, cardio, and overall fitness. The goal isn't simply to make you sweat for an hour, but to teach you how to box and help you progress session after session. Never worn gloves before? No problem. We'll start with the basics and progress gradually. Already practiced? We can work more specifically on your weaknesses and increase the intensity.
