Acerca de mí
I am a French native tutor and have lived in Scotland for 33 years. I am a professional linguist (translator) and have wide experience in Language learning, teaching, speaking and writing. I speak French, English, Spanish and Italian. As well as a linguist, I am also a yoga and meditation teacher, a breath coach and will also soon become an Ayurveda Health Coach. I love connecting with people and sharing my skills and passion for languages and yoga. I am well-travelled and have a rich life experience, and am very grateful to be able to share my skills every day to benefit people. I have a dog and a cat, I love nature, the arts (I paint, play musical instruments and like singing), photography, am fascinated by psychology, food and the effects of breath and nutrition on our health and life.
Formación
Master's degree in Languages applied to Business from Université de Toulouse Le Mirail, Yoga and Meditation teaching and various post-graduate qualifications in the field, Foundation diploma in Psychology and Counselling.

I am a graduate of Languages and an accredited Member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting, and have many years of experience of learning, teaching and working with foreign languages.

I will guide you towards a personalized plan uniquely tailored to your needs and aiming to attain the results and improvements you are seeking with regards to your health and potential health issues. This will involve looking at nutrition, movement, breath and mind. That way, we can work holistically on the physical body as well as the mind and emotions to achieve durable and life-changing results. The initial session will involve delving into what you want to work on. The following can be tailored to your own particular needs, so they can take the form of gentle movement, relaxation, breath work, meditation. Your personalized plan will be supported with audio and video content to help you with the day-to-day improvement practices until the following scheduled session.
The classes will include a gentle warm up followed by some accessible movements, postures and/or sequences to gently prime body and mind towards more flexibility, fitness and well being. The classes are gentle, safe and always adapted to you personally. They end in a beautiful restorative relaxation session that will leave you feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.
