Hi my name is Bareera, a 20 year old second year Aerospace Engineer undergraduate at the University of Bath.

I provide Maths, Chemistry, Biology and Physics online tuition from students from primary school all the way up until A levels.

My qualifications are:
• Grades A-A* in A level Maths Physics and Chemistry.
• Grades 8 - 9 in GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics

I have 5+ years of experience of tutoring in person and online and am very good with children. I understand how students learn and how to optimally engage them so they learn without losing focus. I have tutored students ranging from 6 year olds to 18 year olds in Maths and Sciences, and have brought their grades up noticeably.

I will help you is an easy and simple way to learn the functions of our body and how every part is connect to the other is a perfect and harmonious way.
If requested I will provide homework at the end of each lesson and will provide periodic reports.

I achieved all 9s in GCSEs, and am predicted 4A*s at A level for Maths, Biology, Geography and Chemistry. I am open to any exam board, however the qualifications I have currently are largely in AQA or Edexcel, meaning that that is the knowledge and exam style that I am most familiar with.

I'm patient and have an extended DBS to work with children via my affiliation with the scouts organisation.

My classes are structured based on the students, I aim to make sure the students excel in their classes and improve in topics where they struggle with and by doing that I begin with an introduction to find out the students strengths and weaknesses. I don’t want to bore the student with something they are already good at, it’s better to improve where they struggled. If the students can’t identify the topics they struggle with. I have a quiz containing 10 questions of different topics. I will also keep progress on the students and give you an update at the end of each month.

I've completed my GCSEs a little over a year ago , I'm on here to fund myself in the future (primarily university) .
I've averaged above an A (above grade 7) overall with recent experience and am still attending sixth form . Because of this I'll be able to easily relate to and figure out the needs of my tutee as I was in their position not too long ago .
I myself studied based on topic rather than necessarily textbooks , this means that I can make due with any textbook or other material (this accounts for difference in exam boards).
I can teach a concept from the ground up , or to solidify knowledge on topics as well as teach the basic principles for understanding the topic in the first place . I'm especially good at understanding and taking advantage of mark schemes to maximise grades , despite if the topic is completely unbeknownst to you . Though this seems minor , this tactic means you'll almost never score zero marks on a question . Ergo : if you can do half of the questions on a 100 mark test you'll get around 50 marks (high C to low B grade , grade 5 to 6) however even without understanding the rest it's easy to get at least another 15 marks up to around 25 (you usually cannot get over half marks without getting close to the answer , which is why half the remaining marks is a typical maximum) putting your grade up to to a minimum of a strong B or a maximum of a solid A (min of a grade 6 and max of grade 8) all of which requires minimal work which you won't forget . In English a similar thing can be done with punctuation , so long as you use a type of punctuation once ; you can score easy additional marks and get more marks on other criteria due to the examiner's bias . This is my forté .

Electronic resources, practice exam questions and video clips to consolidate the development of practical skills are covered in lessons.

I base my tutoring on the student's needs, developing their prior knowledge, building confidence in their learning and problem solving skills whilst developing exam technique.

At the moment all tuition is at my home or is online using Skype or Zoom for audio and a video link. I use an interactive whiteboard that permits PDF/Power Point slides and electronic documents to be used during lessons. A PDF of all the pages is downloaded for students to help them with note taking and as for revision in the future. Additional help sheets and practice questions can be supplied to help with developing learning and exam technique.

I develop the student's learning experience at school and provide additional resources and practice questions. My students are encouraged to develop their knowledge and an appreciation of what examiners require by developing their assessment for learning skills.

I enjoy tutoring and my students have all benefited enormously from individualised support in preparation for their examinations. Tutees enjoy their tutorial style lessons which are normally 1 hour in duration, but longer times can be arranged if required.
