As a professional musician with a deep passion for teaching, I am dedicated to passing on my knowledge and skills in the field. My lessons are always tailored to the individual needs of my students, and I consistently prioritize their well-being, celebrating even their smallest successes as my own. I strive to convey my enthusiasm for music and the double bass in the best possible way during our lessons. I am excited to share my years of experience with others. Lessons take place in Basel, Switzerland, and can be conducted in English, German, or Polish.

Education

I am a Polish double bassist based in Basel, Switzerland. In 2016, I was awarded a scholarship to pursue my studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where I received tutelage from esteemed teachers, including Dominic Seldis, Tom Goodman, and Graham Mitchell.

In 2020, I successfully auditioned for the Hochschule für Musik in Basel, where I earned my Master’s Degree under Professor Roman Patkoló in 2022. My academic journey is complemented by a myriad of scholarships, including the prestigious Prime Minister of Poland scholarship, Melinda Esterházy de Galantha Scholarship, Eppur si muove Scholarship, and numerous others.

Expérience / Qualifications

Since 2016, I have been regularly giving private double bass and piano lessons. Since 2021, I have been working as a section leader with the TriRhenum Symphony Orchestra Basel. Occasionally, I also work as a substitute at the Lucerne Music School and Zug Music School. Additionally, I perform concerts with various professional symphony orchestras, such as the Neues Orchester Basel, Gstaad Festival Orchestra, and Basler Festival Orchestra, and participate in numerous chamber music projects.

Je propose des cours de flûte traversière, de tous niveaux et également un soutien ou un éveil au solfège, afin d'avoir des bases nécessaires à l'apprentissage d'un instrument. Je suis ouverte à toute sorte de musique bien que spécialisée dans la musique classique. Je suis étudiante à la haute école de musique de Bern.

Mes disponibilités sont très variables, c'est pour cela quel serait préférable d'en parler au cas par cas.

I am currently studying at Bern University of the Arts, passionate about teaching (children, teenagers and adults) I am looking for motivated students.
I teach the recorder (soprano, alto, tenor and bass).
I like to work on the implication and the corporal engagement (method of breath etc ...) in connection with the instrument.
I focus my classes on early music (from the medieval period to the late Baroque).
For beginner children I always try to give them a taste for music through listening, duet play and rhythmic aspiration.

Graduated from the University of Music of Geneva and currently a student in the Master Orchestra at the High School of Music in Lucerne, I offer courses flute all levels (beginner to advanced). Adults and children are welcome.

My teaching experience in conservatory as well as in particular, allows me to approach different musical horizons by adapting to the needs and desires of my students.

I specialize in piano interpretation and I give private lessons. I have experience and pedagogical knowledge with students of different ages and levels and I enjoy giving lessons. I live in the centre of Basel and I can give lessons at your place or in my studio.
I have been teaching for 6 years to students of different levels (children of different levels and beginners to adults).
