Trusted teacher: Whether you are an adult or younger, did you know that with the proper methods, follow-up and advice, you can reach in 2 years the equivalent of what is achieved in 10 years in music school? The passion and pleasure of playing will quickly make you forget the minimum 1h30 of daily practice necessary for this beautiful and pleasant feat. This is the challenge I set myself by offering you these courses. Practicing classical guitar for 27 years, graduated from the National Conservatory of Limoges, I teach guitar (beginner to advanced levels). My method is distinguished by a perfect combination of high standards and attention paid to the pleasure of playing. Passionate about music theory (rhythms, musical notations and other aspects that seem tedious to many), I know how to transmit this taste for musical technique. The pleasure of play develops when you feel your progress, and these come with regular work. I therefore ask for attendance and regularity of at least 1 hour of practice per day. Depending on the students, the frequency of lessons can be bi-weekly or bi-monthly, and will be defined together, while remaining flexible. I can also advise you on the purchase of a classical guitar. Note: the practice of the classical guitar requires short nails on the left hand, and nails overflowing just beyond the tip of the finger, on the right hand, at all times. This allows an inimitable sound quality. References on request Follow up by email/phone as needed between lessons. Examples of pieces you will be able to play after a year: works by Bach, Giuliani, Fernando Sor, Carcassi, Aguado, Jeux Interdits, baroque flamenco, romantic works

From 2010, I took private guitar lessons at the BBM74 music school in Neuchâtel, with which I took part in several tours in the region. In 2013 I formed a Rock n 'Roll trio from the 50s and 60s, with which we scoured concert halls, festivals, bars, and private parties throughout French-speaking Switzerland. In 2018, I decided to go to England for 3 years where I obtained a Bachelor at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London, and joined various live and studio projects. I had the opportunity to study all aspects of modern music with renowned teachers and musicians such as Martin Goulding (Guitar Techniques, Total Guitar, Guitar World) or Nate Williams (Jamiroquai). The program of my lessons can be agreed and structured with you from the 1st lesson but it is quite possible to have a much more spontaneous approach according to your objectives. I can teach you essential music theory basics in the form of different practical exercises - Introduce you to different techniques related to your instrument or help you improve them according to your difficulties - Guide you in learning pieces of different styles (Pop, Rock, Metal, Funk, Reggae...) And more. I also offer my services for coaching in launching musical projects. Who am I ? Growing up in a musical family, I started music with the classical piano at the age of 6 and played it for 10 years. It was at the age of 13 that I discovered the bass and decided to delve deeper into the subject by starting private lessons and this instrument has never left me since. In the meantime, I also took guitar lessons in parallel for two years and continued as an autodidact. I joined various Rock and Metal bands during my adolescence and decided to join the Neuchâtel Conservatory of Music in the jazz bass section at the age of 16 and studied there for 3 years. It was in 2019 that I had the chance and the opportunity to join the professional band Triumph Of Death (Hellhammer performed by Tom G. Warrior's Triumph Of Death) which performs internationally. Currently, I still play in this group as well as in two other musical groups. In 2020, the desire to teach music by giving private lessons was born and so I began this activity in Switzerland, to continue it in Belgium two years later. Being back in Switzerland in 2024 permanently, I wish to resume private lessons in person in the canton of Jura, as well as online* for students living outside the canton. *Online lessons take place on Google Teams and I already have several students living abroad. For more information, do not hesitate to contact me on this platform and I will be happy to answer you!

Zeljana is very good teacher. She immediately found flows in my guitar technique during first lesson, which I know that I'm doing, but it was too uncomfortable for me to change my bad habits before. She shows me the best ways how to improve over it. After first lesson I can already feel that I can progress enourmously with her tutoring. Lesson are very comfortable. You don't need to feel nervous at all. Finally I can very recommend Zeljana.
