I have over 10 years of experience facilitating wellbeing and mindfulness workshops and programs. For the last 6 years I have also loved coaching clients to create a life they love and thrive in.
I am passionate about working with businesses and schools, empowering my clients to set goals for their future aligned with their authentic selves, giving them the tools to proactively improve wellbeing and strengthen their self-worth.
