Trusted teacher: Are you seeking for a creative and uplifting way to consciously reconnect with yourself ? Transcendental Embodiment is a dance practice that will guide you to embrace your emotions and help you to reach your true authentic self. Through meditative dances, guided imageries, and energy healing modalities. I am here to support and guide you in your process of discovering your inner power through: - energy alignment, guided meditation, breathing exercises - self-expression & subjective experience through dance - expanding your heart space, emotional awareness, and healing in movement and dance - release of stress, judgment, and trapped emotions - grounding, self-care, resilience - and more... The sessions are tailored to the specific needs and capabilities of each individual. *Dance can be a practice of introspection, transformation, and transcendence of one’s subjective experiences into a worldwide journey. * As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am introspectively processing each working day in consciousness, listening to my upcoming emotions, triggers, or anxiety when it comes to be physically and mentally performative in a team, or as a freelance artist. Instead of suppressing these emotions and creating energetical and mental blockages (that can end up into somatic pains or burn-out): we should pay more attention to these inner warning messages and strengthen our emotional intelligence to be able to cope with the infinitesimal external stimulus and daily-stress of our very fast lives. It can be challenging to sense with clarity what is the origin of some feelings of frustration, unsatisfaction, discomfort, or grief, and it can be intimidating or discouraging to walk alone on that path. This class helps you to commit to your better-being, presence to oneself countering wellness procrastination. * What do you need to feel lighter, brighter, or happier in your everyday life? * * What is your self-achievement potentiality? * - For who? : For anyone who enjoys movement and dance, and desires a better connection and understanding with their moving bodies. / One-to-one or group sessions. - Where? : Online via SKYPE or at the student's location. Values: Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Cooperation * About TE : Transcendental Embodiment (TE) is the result of three years of research and development. Merging from a movement philosophy research entitled Behind & Beyond, to its phenomenological understanding. The metaphysical unity of the tangible and intangible bodies expounds on the undeniable relationships between those in the physical realm. The tangible body (the material vehicle), the intangibles bodies (psychological, emotional, energetical, and spiritual). As a dance healing practice, guiding the practitioner to conscious corporeality, and subjective emotional understanding, this methodology can also be a useful tool to improve artistry and technical skills on a deeper level, widening mindful creativity, awareness, empathy, and sensitivity. (TE) movement and dance methodology combines a meditative approach in stillness and through movement, awakening the mind, spreading the awareness into different body parts; putting a specific emphasis on improvisation skills, and musicality, following energy impulses and intuitive movement and increasing the flow of energy. Inviting the practitioners to practice resilience, non-self definition, non-judgment, self-care and self-love, integrity, and acceptance to overcome technical, physical, and mental limits holding the practitioner from his self-achievement potentiality. This approach builds itself crescendo on subjective movement reflexivity and introspective journey through the following process: Feel free to contact me for any inquiries. Tiffany

Trusted teacher: ● All levels ● All ages ● Flexibility to suit your musical tastes. 💃 Hello everyone!! Get ready to add some spice to your moves and dive into the electrifying world of Latin music! My name is Evelyn, a dance enthusiast from Peru, currently residing in Geneva while pursuing my master's degree. 🎶 I invite you to join my exciting dance classes, where I will guide you through the infectious rhythms of salsa, bachata, and zumba, infusing each lesson with the unique flavors of Latin American culture. 🎯 My main goal is your comfort, because to me, dance is a way to express yourself and live life fully. I want my students to enjoy every step without any pressure and to experience the joy of moving to Latin rhythms. My classes are open to all ages. I look forward to awakening the dancer within you and connecting you with the rhythms that make our hips sway and our hearts sing! ☘️ When I start working with students, they often repeat the same patterns—mechanical, rigid steps memorized from 1 to 7. Dancing becomes a mere imitation rather than a natural expression. I’m here to help you transform what you’ve learned in group classes and take your dancing to the next level. In my classes, I teach you to feel salsa and bachata. If you feel them, you’ll be able to dance anywhere, with anyone, with confidence and flow. We’ll work from the foundation: ✔️ You’ll learn to identify and follow the rhythm. ✔️ You’ll understand transitions and how to adapt to them. ✔️ You’ll develop your skills in partner dancing. From the very first class, we’ll correct what’s necessary so that you don’t just improve—you build a solid foundation that allows you to express yourself naturally. Are you ready to feel the dance? 💃🔥 🌟 P.S.: Besides teaching Latin dances, I have experience in creating custom choreographies for weddings and special events. If you have a choreography in mind, feel free to share it, and we’ll learn it together! FAQ ● Do I need dance shoes? No, that is not necessary. I recommend coming with comfortable shoes. ● What should I wear? I suggest you come in light clothes in which you feel comfortable. ● Alone or accompanied? You can come either alone or with a partner. I also offer couples classes. ● Other questions? Feel free to contact me!

Matias

Matias was an amazing teacher. Before arriving in Paris I had zero experience dancing ballet - or any dance form for that matter. He was incredibly open when I told him it was my first time and began my lesson without any judgement. Across our three lessons I received a range of support, from practical instruction to training on how to properly stretch and destress. Matias’ teaching was also theoretical; in our first lesson he talked me through anatomical diagrams to help me get better acquainted with the muscles that I would be using during my practical work. Matias was an attentive, sensitive, and lighthearted teacher and his bright and airy Parisian studio space was the perfect place to begin my ballet journey. I cannot recommend his teaching enough!

Very sweet lady who is always asking how she can improve and cater her lessons towards your personal needs! Knows very well the French language and not on a fluent level, but also the technicalities behind it. Is willing to take time with you and work on your mistakes, as well as trying to explain some French key moments that are difficult to understand for foreign language speakers in a way that is understandable. Always makes sure to challenge you and sees how you can improve! Had a very lovely experience :)

We took a 5-hour dance course with Evy to prepare for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made! Neither of us had much dance experience, but Evy was patient, supportive, and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. She helped us feel confident on the dance floor and turned our first dance into a special moment we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to any couple getting ready for their big day!
