Come learn to dance, whether you have no knowledge or a basic understanding. The important thing is to want to learn and enjoy it. You can come to learn Latin rhythms and partner dance if you like going out, or you can also take technique classes (jazz) focused on something more professional. Or if you simply like dancing and music, you can also take choreography classes in different styles.

Dance is an expression of oneself, leading to personal development when used as a therapeutic tool: beyond the beauty of this art and the physical well-being felt during/after practice, dance frees, soothes, boosts our vital energy... dancing reconnects us to our life force! Having been a Zumba teacher, self-taught dancer and student of Matt Steffanina, as well as an energetic psychotherapy coach, I guide you in your stage presence so that you can fully express your beauty by dancing it. I also use dance as a tool to achieve goals, by setting a specific intention on each movement. We can then align our desires with our emotions to take action more effectively and consciously. (Perfect for people who are easily discouraged and professional procrastinators) I adapt to everyone's musical tastes and physical abilities. Each lesson is therefore unique!

Having experienced first-hand the power of dance to shape people’s perspectives, I am enthusiastic about using my professional experiences, skills, and beliefs to educate new young dancers in the techniques, movements, and experiences of dance. I am also just as enthusiastic to share that beauty and power with the community, with recreational adult classes as well. About how I teach, and why I started; I was looking for dance that was fun, liberating, and yet artistically challenging, all at the same time; I craved something that brought and demanded a more humane experience inside of the studio. My interest at the moment is to use our human experiences and bodies as they are. I’m not so interested in trying to force them into something else, but to allow that freedom to take us to whatever imaginary or fantastical place where dance should be able to take us. I believe my obligation as a dance teacher is to encourage students to have fun when dancing. It’s something that’s forgotten a lot as a budding artist, but one of the most important things for perseverance in this field. I believe that if the curiosity, imagination, and enjoyment is there, the technique will come as well because there’s a mutual belief, from both the teacher and student, in oneself. Of course to learn a variety of dance styles, be technically proficient, and pursue a personal creative expression is important, but having an experience with a group of people and letting go into imagination while allowing yourself to have fun will push a dancer even further in their artistry, I believe. To be able to be given images, sensations, feelings, etc. and have the awareness to translate them into some form of movement is an important skill as an artist and human being

Practicing dance since I was 6, I have a certain level that allows me to teach Classical and Modern'Jazz dance classes. I currently practice Classics, Modern'Jazz, Street-Jazz, Contemporary Dance, and Ragga. At the age of 13, I joined a dance company that brought together different dance styles such as Neo-Classics, Break-Dance, and Contemporary Dance. I participated in many dance competitions in the pre-professional category, especially in groups, which returned very good results. I have already conducted a course of enlightenment (4 to 6 years), so I have a good approach to children. I am able to advance your child in the field of dance and aims to convey my passion.
