Hier lebe ich seit Anfang 2022, zusammen mit meinem dickköpfigen Puli "Cookie".

Als ich 2009 mein Studium der Japanoligie begonnen habe, war ich anfangs total überfordert mit den Schriftzeichen und der Grammatik. Damals hätte ich mir jemanden gewünscht, der mir alle Fragen in Ruhe beantwortet und in meinem Tempo mit mir übt.

Diese Person durfte ich seit 2022 für viele Schüler*innen, Student*innen und Erwachsene sein, die ich in Online Kursen und Seminaren dabei begleitet habe, die japanische Sprache Schritt für Schritt zu lernen.

Ich habe einen Bachelor of Arts in Japanologie von der Ruhr-Universität Bochum und einen Master of Arts in Global History an der Freien Universität zu Berlin gemacht

I teach at Japanese School in Geneva and also offer private Japanese lessons from a complete beginner including children to an advanced learner. After understanding each learner's level, interest and goal, I will offer a main textbook and overview of the course plan. I provide Japanese lessons for Japanese language learners.
I focus on conversation practice, correcting mistakes and showing you more natural expressions.
We may also study grammar and practice reading and listening comprehension as necessary.
In my lessons, I may use Japanese textbooks ("Minna no Nihongo" beginner level, "Irodori" online site) or original materials.

For beginners, I also use English or Chinese. At the intermedite levels, lessons are primarily conducted in Japanese so that students can be exposed to as much Japanese as possible.
