I enjoy teaching conversational French so that learners can use it in real-life situations and gain confidence to start and maintain a conversation with a French speaker. Are they passionate about music? Or perhaps gardening? I will give them all the necessary tools to talk about what is important to them. That which suits them best. Over time, I will learn about their strengths and weaknesses and adapt the activities to their specific profile. Through gentle exercises and practices, they will gradually acquire useful phrases and learn grammar (to which I am very attached) in its context. As if they were chatting with a friend... in French! My classes are friendly, in a safe environment where they can improve their conversation skills without feeling embarrassed.
