About Me

I am a teacher with a degree in Education, a graduate with experience teaching language and literature, as well as teaching with children, young adults, and adults. I am also a certified Hatha Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga teacher and holistic therapist, with years of experience guiding processes of physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.
