About Me
I am a friendly and driven person who wishes to help people improve their lives by reaching their general health and well-being. I am a qualified 200H Yoga Teacher and I have more than 7 years of experience in fitness in 2 different continents. I love to work with people with diverse backgrounds.
I have started my carreer on the Gym floor, guiding towards those who aspired to improve fitness levels & goals. After some experience on the gym floor it was time to focus on being a Personal Trainer. Keeping in mind and understand that there is no "One size fits all", during the PT programme or yoga sessions we are able to define, align and jointly design a deeper and more personal style of exercises, routines, including complementary advice on eating habits and general well-being.

With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ?

I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.
