Trusted teacher: Learn real French, as spoken in the street, in shops or at work. The lessons are based on actual communication in French. Imagine you met a French person who didn't speak or understand English, and you had to communicate... how would it go? maybe it would be difficult? especially at first?... Thankfully I am used to this situation and have many techniques to overcome the difficulties of the language barrier: 1) I always use a whiteboard to illustrate my explanations. It may not seem like much but the use of pictures to illustrate an explanation makes it so much clearer! It also stimulates the imagination and increases students Pictionary skills. 2) A great deal of miming enters the communication. A student who wants to talk about his pet parakeet but doesn't know the French word "perruche" will have fun acting like a bird, imitating cage bars with his fingers, chirping merrily... When I finally understand what he is doing, I happily shout out the word PERRUCHE! as if I had just won a game. The student is happy he managed to make himself understood, and all the miming and effort will act as a powerful stimulant for his memory. 3) So in lessons we use miming, drawing, and also ... talking!! I love to teach students to use French words they already know in order to discover new French words. Students often know I'm bilingual so if they don't know a word, for example "beginning" in French, they will ask me "comment dit-on beginning en Français". So I look dumb and I ask them "C'est quoi BEGINNING? (What is BEGINNING?). And I always use a strong French accent on the English word to emphasise the fact I DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH!! They often laugh at my reaction and search for ways to explain. Sometimes they have difficulties to explain, so I help them. Yesterday my eleven-year-old student was at a loss, but I showed him he could simply use the opposite « La Fin » (the end) to make me understand he is searching for « Le Début » (the beginning). Lessons are lively, interactive and effective. A vous de jouer !

Trusted teacher: Code alone is no longer enough; learn to design effective solutions. Why are some programs faster than others? Why can choosing a list rather than an array make all the difference? This course is not just a programming lesson: it's an immersion in the pure logic of computer science. Whether you are a student in the middle of revision, a passionate self-taught person or a professional preparing for a technical interview (FAANG, Big Tech), I will give you the keys to solve any complex problem with elegance and efficiency. ⏱️ Choose your format "Flash" format (60 min): Ideal for an intensive introduction. We focus on vital concepts and fundamental structures with exercises for immediate application. "Expert" format (90 min): The complete session. We delve into complexity (Big O), solve high-level algorithmic problems, and explore advanced structures (Trees, Graphs). 🎯 What you will master The art of optimization: Understanding temporal and spatial complexity (Big O notation) to write professional code. The engineer's toolbox: Easily manipulate Tables, Lists, Stacks, Queues, Dictionaries and Trees. The logic of resolution: Implement the most efficient sorting and searching algorithms. Critical thinking: Knowing how to choose exactly the right data structure for each situation. 📑 Your progress plan The Essentials (10 min): Why algorithms are the beating heart of modern computing. Data Architecture (25 min): Fundamentals and performance analysis. How to never code "at random" again. Practical application & Challenges (45 min): * Coding of sorting and binary search algorithms. Manipulation of dynamic structures. Exclusive 90 min: Introduction to graph traversal and hierarchical structures. Review & Strategy (10 min): Q&A session, tips for your interviews and resources to continue progressing on your own. 💎 Why choose this course? "Engineering" approach: We don't copy code, we understand how it works under the hood. Interactive Pedagogy: A mix of visual explanations and live coding. Post-Session Materials: You will leave with exercises and summary sheets. Total Adaptability: The course is adjusted in real time according to your strengths and weaknesses. Ready to transform the way you program? Book your slot now and take a decisive step in your IT journey!

Benoit is a natural teacher and I think has the rare quality to empathise with his students. So whether he is teaching young children, bright adults or struggling grown ups like myself he can sense your difficulties and intuitively develop your skills. I found his manner easy, engaging and with just the right amount of challenge to make you feel progress and confident. To my surprise we spent the first half hour conversing in French. At the end of the lesson he can me work sheets he’d thought about and prepared himself. I would wholeheartedly recommend Benoit. Bravo Benoit. Ian

Julien helped me learn the material for my university statistics exams. He was very patient and gave very clear explanations about the concepts we were discussing. He was friendly, enthusiastic and encouraging. He prepared material in advance for each lesson depending on my personal needs. I'm pleased to say he helped me succeed in my final exams despite the fact that I'd never really studied statistics before! I am very glad I chose him as my tutor and I recommend him to anyone else seeking mathematics or statistics tutoring, whether in person or remotely.

Cristina is an outstanding teacher! she gave a cooking class to my 11 year old daughter (via webcam) and it worked very well: my daughter was delighted (and kept her smile for the rest of the day!), and the rest of the family enjoyed the result which was really delicious :-). Cristina is very enthousiast, organised and dynamic and she kept my daughter totally concentrated on her task during the entire lesson; A big thank you!
