I highly recommend my yoga teacher, Yogesh. He is patient, attentive, and extremely kind. His seriousness and professionalism create an atmosphere of trust and well-being, making each session a true moment of balance and peace. Since I began practicing yoga with him, I have experienced profound changes in myself. Physically, my body has become more flexible, stronger, and more balanced. I have taken my first lesson with Lynette and it was a great experience. I have been singing for some time at a choir, but have no formal training and want to learn the fundamental technique, and also work on some of the pieces we sing at the choir. The lesson was very practical, dynamic and she pays great attention to detail. After the class I could feel the improvement on the areas we have covered and felt much more confident on my skills. Highly recommended!

She is very friendly and passionate teacher. She gave her lesson for my 10 yrs old daughter and she is shy and can't speak English at all. However, after taking her 1st class, she said she enjoyed her lesson very much and she thinks she can continue her studying. I believe that is amazing that Oumaima made 10yrs old kids think studying is interesting.
