Trusted teacher: It is never too late to start or resume learning piano! My teaching experience makes me a witness to this. Perhaps you came looking for piano lessons because you wish to be able to play some particular pieces, or to develop specific skills. Or maybe you don't know what your goal is yet, but are fond of the sound of the piano and want to dive into this wonderful instrument. Whatever the case, I am looking forward to hearing from you and discussing your next step! I try as much as possible to tailor the work with each individual student aiming at the goals set and the student's musical tastes. This becomes more the case the higher the student's level of experience. Nevertheless, beginners are also encouraged to suggest music for themselves to learn. The work on pieces is combined with other important activities designed to develop finger dexterity, hand coordination, rhythmic sense, music reading, playing by ear, etc. The Cortot, Hanon and scale exercises are some of my frequent choices for the technical work. For young beginners, I defend a no-book approach during the first 2 or 3 months, for three main reasons: it makes learning more fun, it unlocks our creative potential and it allows us to explore the instrument rather confidently and freely. Instead of learning how to read right from the start, students have the opportunity to play games, listen to music, sing, compose, and improvise over backing tracks, developing the core skills necessary for any musical activity later on. After this period, it is then time to introduce them to a method book. The one I recommend the most is Piano Safari. For teenage and adult beginners, the activities described above are selected and adjusted, and theory concepts may be introduced at an earlier stage. If desired, graded level series such as the RSL Classical or Contemporary Piano, among others, may be opted for. Please notice that my scheduling may not always be up to date on this website, so the best way to know my availability is sending me a message. Feel free to get in touch for any other questions as well! Looking forward to meeting you soon, Rodrigo

Trusted teacher: EN below IT The most important thing for me is listening to music. If you are studying music as a hobby or in preparation for your professional career, we will help you achieve the greatest efficiency and get the most out of it by making our job easier. It is clear that learning music requires discipline and work, but can be interesting and expandable. The flexibility lies in the main features of my classes: My goal for my graduates is that they need a digital method that they have to adapt to their personal attitude and style. The offer of classes for individuals and private groups of all students and the duration of the course are also flexible and depend on the training of the student (most of the little ones that Suelen was able to aprovechar in the last media lessons). Classes can be in Spanish, English, Dutch or Greek. Language and music theory are presented in all classes, but in an organic form and with a lot of immersion in practice. ¡No people interested in contacting the site! :) :) EN The most important thing for me is having fun learning music. Whether you're studying music as a hobby or preparing for your professional career, we focus on being as efficient as possible, learning as much as possible, and having a good time while doing it. Of course, learning music requires discipline and hard work, but it can be done in an interesting and satisfying way. Flexibility is my main characteristic: my goal is to give you what you need through a dynamic method that adapts to your personality and your specific learning style. I offer both individual lessons and group lessons for people of all ages. The duration of the lessons is flexible and there is also the possibility of combining the lesson content between cello, piano and music theory. We can speak in English, Dutch, Greek or Spanish. Music theory will be present in a natural and organic way in all lessons. Contact me if you are interested! :)

Trusted teacher: A print journalist for 20 years, a trainer for 8 years in French as a Foreign Language and a trainer in French language proficiency in a private institution, I offer French courses for foreign / non-French-speaking adults. I am a trainer in a private institution and I have also been a volunteer in a socio-linguistic workshop for migrants since 2018 for Médecins du Monde in Toulouse. I created my French training company and I am self-employed. I live in Toulouse and I can travel in the Toulouse region and the Gers. Trusted teacher: A flamenco guitar course in private classes is an incredibly enriching experience. During these classes, I will completely focus on you and your goals as a flamenco guitarist. We will begin by exploring the world of flamenco together: its history, its diverse styles and its unique emotions. As we progress, you will learn the essential techniques of the flamenco guitar, such as the strumming, the "picao" and the golpe, among others. My goal will be to help you master these techniques and express yourself fluently and passionately through your guitar. In addition, we will delve into the fascinating flamenco compás, so that you can understand and play the characteristic rhythms of this genre. I will also teach you the chords and harmonic progressions that are commonly used in flamenco, as well as the scales and musical modes that give it its unique flavor. The best thing about private classes is that I can adapt the course to your needs and preferences. If you have a particular style of flamenco that you'd like to explore further, we'll do it! We will also address your pain points and work together to overcome them. During the classes, I will be by your side to correct you, answer your questions and give you constant feedback. In addition, I will teach you iconic pieces of the flamenco repertoire so that you can develop your own interpretation and personal style. With time and dedicated practice, I'm sure you'll be able to play flamenco with passion and mastery. I am excited to embark on this musical journey with you and help you achieve your goals as a flamenco guitarist. Together, let's make magical music!

Brazilian portuguese classes - Online - for all levels (Porto)
Ananda

Thank you so much - I had a very good experience I want to share! Adam I highly recommend Ananda as a language and music teacher. I am at an intermediate Brazilian Portuguese level and (sadly) an enthusiastic perpetual beginner at guitar given a lack of necessary intrinsic ability. She excelled teaching both for the daily 3 hour lessons I had over 3 weeks. Portuguese instruction: Ananda was not dogmatic and met me where I was. She was able to personalize all our lessons. She used current tools of language acquisition - with much spontaneous and directed conversation using comprehensible input. However, she supplemented this with reading aloud together with translation of texts including geography, poetry and other prose. Ananda also drilled me in grammar when she saw this was necessary, even when it meant revision of shaky basics. All of this was with great humor and tolerance to my infelicities. We also went on fun outings, making use of the markets and parks in Porto to improve my working knowledge of Portuguese. Music instruction: Ananda also worked with me on my guitar playing. She has deep knowledge as both a performing musician of early lute music and a composer. She taught me in Portuguese, which meant my learning solfège, how to sound out rhythm and figure out harmony. She also taught me enough tablature to allow me to accompany her in some early lute music. We also worked intensively on Bossa Nova rhythms, as well as other Brazilian rhythms. She has a passion and love of music that is a delight to behold and infectious. Despite my continually straying from the rhythm and messing up chord changes, she made me feel my musical journey is im

Spanish native teacher from Valencia (online and at home) (Valencia)
Miguel

When I asked my two teenagers (19 & 17) what their favorite part of our recent month in Spain was, both of them independently said that their Spanish lessons with Miguel were a highlight. We are complete beginners as native English speakers from Australia and we all had a lot of fun learning from Miguel as a family. We met in the relaxed atmosphere of a lovely café in Russafa. He showed up prepared for lessons and happily answered the many questions my son and daughter had - not just about language but also about Spanish culture. He helped us distinguish between different types / localities when it comes to Spanish. He built our confidence to use what we had learned. He practised with us as we learned. And he encouraged our curiosity. Miguel is a lovely, kind man and we look forward to continuing our lessons with him online now that we are back in Aus. Son, 17 - "He made it fun to learn" Daughter, 19 - “The lessons were super fun and I was always looking forward to going to them and learning more. I wish we had been able to do more lessons while we were there”.
