I have group and private sessions as well. After initial assessment I like to determine what kind of goals my students would like to achieve and keep that goal in focus work towards it. When you achieved that, I would like to teach even in young age the proper techniques of all strokes, which guarantees further success in terms of distance and stamina. And the final level is the racing techniques and turns and starts, which help to boost your swimming speed.
